The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, has a requirement to perform clamshell dredging at Bonneville Lock and Dam, Bradford Island in Oregon and optional work at Bonneville Lock and Dam, Bonneville Spillway in Oregon. Please see the attached solicitation for details on the specifications of the requirement. The of this project consists of the Contractor furnishing all supervision, engineering, labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following work in strict accordance with the detailed requirements of this contract.
