Overview Statements of Qualifications and proposals are being requested from Engineering firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with the implementation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services. In conjunction with the Spalding County Board of Commissioners, the Spalding County Water and Sewerage Facilities Authority (SCWSFA) has immediate plans to contract with a reputable Engineering firm for preliminary design services required for a potential FY2024 CDBG project and, if funded, for engineering and construction management services for the implementation of the project. The project aims to provide water and/or sewer infrastructure improvements. All firms submitting will be reconsidered on a project-by-project basis should future federally funded opportunities arise in the next 12 months.
