Reference Number: AB-2023-04582 This study work intends to develop a comprehensive Utility Master Plan that will guide the operation, maintenance, upgrading and expansion and renewal of the utility infrastructure in a sustainable and coordinated manner. The proponent will present to the municipal council a summary of the findings of the report. The scope of work is to be viewed as high-level objectives. Proponents need to determine how they will be fulfilling the different items and provide deliverables. We encourage proponents to find and propose value-added items that they deem would benefit the municipal utility systems. Question Deadline 07/28/2023 at 4:00 PM MT The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The Municipality is seeking a comprehensive utility master plan that will assess the town's water supply, water treatment plant, water distribution system as well as its wastewater collection and stormwater system to make sure they are robust and reliable over the next 25 years. The master plan should cover the assessment of the remaining life cycle of all assets and the capacity to meet future demand. The plan will guide infrastructure upgrades and replacements in Jasper's water, sanitary sewer, and drainage systems over the next 25 years. The consulting engineer retained to prepare the plan will present an overview of the findings, and provide an opportunity for questions to the town council.
