The intent of the requested assessment is to prepare condition assessment report on the Structural, Mechanical, Interior and Building Envelope along with an a expected lifecycle of all building components with a Class C estimate for each component, prioritize the urgent repairs needed immediately within the next year, within the next two years and within the next five years, provide an assessment of the longevity of the current structure and make a list of recommended repairs with a class C estimate of the associated costs. Inquiries must not be directed to other Municipality of Jasper employees. No clarification requests will be accepted by telephone. Responses to clarification requests will be provided to all interested parties. Proposals must be clearly identified as Proposal for Conditional Assessment Fee Proposal for Existing Aquatic Centre.
