Jasper Field Unit requires Road Maintenance Services for over 60 roadways, parking lots, and campgrounds. Maintenance of roadways and parking lots is to include, but is not limited to, patching, crack sealing, culvert reinstatement, asphalt overlay, and line painting. The project will aim to improve visitor experience and condition of the pavement. Work is comprised of required services that must be completed by October 30, 2022, and 1 or 2 Task Authorizations a year. The Contractor must have the availability and capacity to complete all specified 2022 paving activities by October 30, 2022. The Contract is for a One (1) year period, with two (2) additional One (1) year option periods. All work is to be completed by October 30, every year. Work is to conducted under 1 or 2 Task Authorizations a year. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to January 31, 2024 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s) February 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024, and February 1, 2024 to October 30, 2024 inclusive. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Parks Canada has made every effort to provide equivalent documents in both official languages, however, if you find any discrepancies between the English and French documents, please notify the contract officer listed in this opportunity as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation. National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
