Proposed activities include updating equipment at the eastbound rest area and existing spray field, installing a force main along the north side of I-10 to connect to a new spray field expansion area; clearing, grubbing, and constructing a pond on the proposed spray field property; and stabilizing existing dirt roads that access the new spray field property with lime rock. The existing spray field at the EB rest area will remain in service and the newly proposed spray field will supplement. Pre-qualification is Required to Bid on This Project For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
