Bid Valid 90 days Start/Delivery Date Approximately 08/02/2023 Project Duration Up to 5 years Q&A Deadline 07/19/2023 2:00 PM (PDT) Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD / District) is requesting bids to establish a contract(s) for up to five (5) years that will include a one-year base period and four (4) additional one-year option periods for the purchase and delivery of Fine Mix Asphalt, as specified herein. Materials will be ordered on an as-needed basis and will be used to support construction activities performed by CVWD crews. Each bidder must be licensed, as required by law. CVWD reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest monetary bidder, if determined to be in the best interest of CVWD, taking into consideration all factors including but not limited to (as applicable) compliance with specifications, past performance, availability of goods or appropriate personnel, services offered, and vendor locations.
