Renovation of a military facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project works consists of the removal and replacement of the existing helicopter maintenance-hangar concrete floor coating with a new epoxy floor coating system at the defined Location of Site. Without limiting the scope of work as defined by the Contract Documents in their entirety, the work of this contract generally comprises the following: 1. Design and supply new epoxy floor coating system. 2. Install drop-cloth/vapour barrier phase separation. 3. Remove existing delaminating concrete floor coating. 4. Concrete surface preparation, testing, and cleaning. 5. Install new epoxy floor coating system. The work is located at 25 Huron Street on Canadian Coast Guard Base in the James Bay neighbourhood of Victoria, British Columbia. Construction to be completed within eight (8) consecutive weeks upon start of on-site work.
