Site work for a water / sewer project in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 19, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City is requesting to purchase Materials Only for replacement at the Mt. Carmel WTP including multiple types and sizes of water valves, ductile iron pipe and other fittings and accessories, as necessary. These items must be NSF 61/600 compliant for potable water use and various coatings will need to be applied as specified. This contract includes the order and purchase of the materials and the delivery of the materials to the City of Waco property specified by the City upon order. The City will also require the contractor to submit shop drawings and/or specs of the materials for the City to review and approve before it may be ordered. The City of Waco reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. This issuance of this solicitation does not obligate the City to contract for expressed or implied services. The City of Waco will not reimburse vendors for any costs incurred during the preparation or submittal of responses to this solicitation.
