The scope of the project will generally include removing and replacing all penetration boots with new, removing and replacing all fasteners with new, removing and replacing all termination/securement bars with new, removing and replacing wall transition between buildings, installing new ridge detail, removing any rust on panels, priming and painting with same color, providing new liner in existing gutter, and providing new snow and ice guards in locations without any. An alternate is included to provide a new painted roof.
