Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Nixa, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Scope of Work for this project is limited to the addition of new restrooms, sign room, and double doors to the current break room located at the Public Works facility at 1111 W. Kathryn St., Nixa, MO. No work is being done in other parts of the building. Construction shall include all fixtures, finishes, walls, and doors. The Scope also includes making the restrooms ADA Accessible. Specifications for the project are provided in the Attachments tab in the bid. Construction of the project must be followed exactly as stated in these plans. City staff will monitor and inspect the progress and completion of the project. If any changes or modifications need to be made, the contractor will be required to do so upon request. No partial payment to the Contractor shall operate as approval of acceptance of work done or materials furnished. Progress payments, as established by the City but occurring at least monthly, will be subject to receipt of a requisition for payment and a statement of work provided by the Contractor which shall include an acknowledgement signed by both the City and the Contractor that the Contractor has fully performed the work to be paid for.
