Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nixa, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Proposed Cheyenne Road Trail. Installation of approximately 3160 square yards of concrete trail improvements, approximately 900 square yards of asphalt driveway and roadway improvements, storm infrastructure improvements, concrete pedestrian bridge and a rectangular rapid flashing beacon. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening.
