Renovation of a retail development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

**As of August 30, 2023, project was awarded to ScoCon, LLC, awarded amount is $358,664.64.** The scope of work for this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project identified above including the following major work items: Modify and improve the one 40' long and five 20' long Port-provided shipping containers as shown on the drawings and specified herein for the proposed installation and occupancy. Install the shipping containers and associated foundations on the site and connect the containers as shown on the drawings; Install approximately 120 linear feet of 4-inch diameter sewer service pipe, two 4-inch diameter clean outs and two 4-inch services into two of the containers; Provide and install 155 linear feet of water service pipe and service stubs into two of the containers; Install new electrical service, including one Port-provided transformer, to all containers as shown on the electrical drawings; Construct approximately 1,500 square feet of ADA compliant crushed limestone pathway; and, Restore the site to preconstruction condition or better. The project site is available to the public and in-person site visits may be completed at the bidders' convenience. If access to any areas not publicly accessible is needed, bidders shall notify the Port a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the site visit. Engineers estimate: $350,000.00. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order, or an original signed and stamped surety bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Port of Bellingham. Any and all questions related to this project must be submitted via email prior to 5:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. No questions will be accepted after that time. The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
