Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The improvement consists of the replacement of burners on the City's (2) existing Multi-Hearth Furnace Incinerator units. The Incinerator units are continuously operated as Sewage Sludge Incinerators at the Post Point Resource Recovery Plant in Bellingham, WA. A total of (6) burner assemblies are scheduled to be replaced as part of this project. The successful bidder will furnish and install the burner assemblies, including repair of refractory burner tiles at each new burner assembly. Incinerator shutdowns required to perform the work shall be limited and coordinated with Plant Operations. Site safety services for all contractor work, including confined space entry and hole-watch services shall be supplied by the Contractor. All burner replacement work of this contract shall be completed by September 1, 2024. Question Deadline 07/06/2023 at 4:00 PM PT Bid questions are to be submitted through the Bidding System
