The improvement consists of: Pedestrian improvements including sidewalk, curb extensions, ADA ramps, and enhanced marked crosswalks, bicycle improvements including road rechannelization, bicycle wayfinding signs and markings, and safe routes to school programs. Price Range: $2,800,000 - $3,200,000 a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
