Reference Number 0000324833 Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities) will be issuing a solicitation for the following goods and/or services qualified Suppliers provide materials for full replacement of all 5700 Baghouse bags. The Ray Nixon Power Plant utilizes a baghouse system to remove particles from the flu gas before being released into atmosphere. There are 5,616 individual bag filters for collection. The bags have fulfilled their usable life cycle and need replacement.
