Reference Number 0000324973 The El Paso County Sheriff's Office (EPSO) is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced Contractors to furnish all the labor, materials, and equipment necessary for an asphalt parking lot crack fill, sealcoat, and restriping of parking lots at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center (CJC) located at 2739 east Las Vegas Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Work is anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2023. The site consists of four (4) separate parking lots, all in proximity of each other. The total area is approximately 146,785 square feet of asphalt surface and contains 327 parking spaces with seven (7) spaces requiring ADA designation. There is 33, x 170" area where tree roots have erupted up through the asphalt. EPSO would like the asphalt removed, tree roots pulled out, resurfaced and striped. There is approximately 4,200 lineal feet of 1/2" to 3/4" cracks, approximately 3,600 lineal feet of 1" and wider cracks, and approximately eleven (11) areas requiring pothole filling.
