Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hanover, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Major items of work include removing lead based tank coating, application of new coatings on both the interior and exterior of the tank, installation of a frost proof vent, a tank mixer, a safety climb system and other miscellaneous tank improvements. Tank is a one-million gallon, 146' tall, welded steel, pedisphere. The Contractor shall be responsible for structural investigation of the tank and design and construction of structural repairs, if required. The SMCMUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive minor informalities or irregularities in the bids and to award the Contract to the lowest qualified Bidder Question Deadline 07/27/2023 at 4:00 PM ET
