Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project will be completed using in-house staff. PROJECT LOCATION: Along Pittard Sears Road between O Kelly Chapel Road and McConnel Remove existing edge line and bike lane markings in the northbound direction, install sharrows in the northbound direction and install bicycle signage in both northbound and southbound directions along Pittard Sears Road as shown on the construction drawings. All improvements shall be constructed in accordance with NCDOT's Standards as reflected in the attached encroachment package and Cary's Standard Specifications and Details. The successful bidder will be required to: Prepare and implement a traffic control plan Perform surface preparation, including milling and removal of existing pavement markings Install post-mounted traffic signage and pavement markings in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) Direct all bid correspondence to Priyatham Konda, Sr Project Manager at priyatham.konda@carync.gov. This project is estimated to last no more than 30 working days and is expected to be completed in Summer 2023.
