Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cushing, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Cushing reserves the right to reject any or all bids Completion of said project will be sixty (60) days after execution of contract. Said bids will be received for furnishing all labor and materials to accomplish the removal and disposal of all existing roofing materials and furnish and install new roofing on the building. Remove the existing roof and coatings. Clean the entire roof surface. Seal and leakproof cracks and holes using an Acrylic Latex Caulking Compound. Install a minimum of 1.5 inch of sprayed in place polyurethane foam over the entire roof surface. Topcoat with Acrylic, elastomeric, monolithic roof coating. Roof coating must conform to ENERGY Star Certification for energy efficiency and reflectivity. Remove any drippage of bitumen or adhesive from walls, windows, floors, ladders and finished surfaces that were a result of the installation process. Keep premises free from rubbish at all times and shall arrange his/her material storage so as to not interfere with the Senior Citizen Center daily operations. At the completion of the work, all the unused material and waste shall be removed from the site. The grounds and the building shall be raked and swept clean after work completion
