Site work for a mixed-use development in Cushing, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and educational facility.
As of April 22,2024 The project was awarded to Ellsworth Construction but need to f/u for award amount The Work consists generally of the following: 1. Protect trees during construction 2. Site Preparation, including demolition, excavation and backfill, removal of and debris as noted on the plans. 3. Perform rough and fine grading. 4. Construct concrete sidewalks, trails and low water crossing. 5. Provide and Install trail signs 6. Provide and install benches, bike racks and bollards 7. Provide and install tinhorn. 8. Provide and install sod. 9. Provide and install lighting 10. Provide and install shelter 11. Coordinate with work to be performed by others. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bids shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
