**As of August 8, 2023 project was awarded to Pyles Plumbing & Utility Contractors, Inc , awarded amount is $152,771.50.** The Project consists of water main installation, contractor to provide and install water main, fire hydrant, jack & bore, along with all necessary appurtenances for a complete installation per construction drawings. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 P.M, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined at Byromville City Hall; during the City's regular business hours. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The construction contract will be subject to GEFA's Supplemental General Conditions for Federally Assisted State Revolving Loan Fund Construction Contracts including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements and Davis Bacon & Related Act requirements. Acquisition of property for easements, right of way, etc. is not expected to be required for this project
