The Project consists of construction of a 100,000 gallon 120'-0" multiple column elevated storage tank including painting, disinfection, piping as detailed on plans, concrete foundation, fencing, grassing, access drive, grading and all appurtenances necessary for completion as specified in the plans and specifications. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 P.M, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All permits required for the construction of this project are expected to be approved prior to the dateof the bid opening. Acquisition of property for easements, right of way, etc. is not expected to be required for this project. This project is expected to be funded all or in part by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority's (GEFA) Drinking Water State Revolving Loan fund. The construction contract will be subject to GEFA's Supplemental General Conditions for Federally Assisted State Revolving Loan Fund Construction Contracts including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements and Davis Bacon & Related Act requirements. Additionally, the contract will be subject to GEFA's American Iron and Steel Special Conditions and Information for Federally Assisted State Revolving Loan Fund Construction Contracts All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
