Softball Field and Parking Lot Improvements at Cooper River Park Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 12:00 PM ET All Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted by email to Ms. Jessica Hauber at jessica.hauber@rve.com This project, located within Cooper River Park in the Borough of Collingswood, Camden County, New Jersey, consists of the construction of a new softball field adjacent to an existing parking lot that will undergo improvements located along S Park Drive. Specifically, Base Bid A includes, but is not limited to, the following major components: Demolition of existing softball field, concrete boat ramp, and portions of stone parking area. Construction of a new softball field complete with athletic court benches, fencing, and spectator viewing areas. Construction of new parking lot improvements including replenishing the stone, an asphalt driveway entrance and concrete ADA parking spaces. Construction of new concrete boat ramp. Construction of new concrete sidewalks providing direct connections to the softball field viewing areas and parking area. Construction of asphalt path providing direct connection from the parking area to the existing asphalt path. Installation of new regulatory and warning signs throughout the parking lot.
