The FY 2023 Roadway Maintenance Program involves the resurfacing of various roadways within the sections outlined below, limited sanitary sewer replacement, and sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation . The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals . The roadway resurfacing will include milling of the existing hot mix asphalt pavement. Hot mix asphalt pavement repairs prior to overlay will be completed at various locations as directed by the engineer, and the installation of two (2) inches of hot mix asphalt surface course 9.5M64. Hot Mix Asphalt Leveling Course shall be utilized in various locations and shall be installed in a separate application from the 2 thick surface course.
