Through this Invitation to Bid (ITB) the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "the Department or GDOT") is seeking bids and Statements of Work from the qualified firms who have been awarded a Maintenance Master Services Agreement (MMSA) under a Request for Qualified Contractors (RFQC) (GDOT's pre-qualification process) for Vegetation Removal Services. Deadline for Written Questions from Contractors 7/18/2023 2:00 PM Responses to Written Questions to Contractors 7/20/2023 5:00 PM Bid Bond or Proposal Guaranty Bid Bonds or Proposal Guarantys are no longer required Performance and Payment Bond A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each equal to 100% of the Award Price, must be provided by the successful Bidder The Department reserves the right to perform all sampling and testing in accordance with Section 106 of the Specifications referenced in Table 6. The Contractor must furnish the applicable certifications and documentation for all materials/products as required by the Specifications. Material which is not properly certified will be rejected.
