Site work for a civil project in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
As of September 8, 2023, project was awarded to Straw Construction awarded amount is $423,863.34. Each proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidders Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of the Indiana County Commissioners. No faxed Bids will be accepted. No Bid Bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any applicable municipal ordinances. Work consists of maintenance and protection of traffic during construction, installation and removal of erosion and sedimentation controls and stream diversions, placing rock slope protection and backfilling scour holes. The Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Proposals and to waive any informality in the Bid Proposals and bidding procedure.
