A performance bond satisfactory to the College, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, in an amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the notice to award and assign issued by the College and contract to be issued by Power Construction as security for the faithful performance of the College’s contract; and A payment bond satisfactory to the College, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, for the protection of all persons supplying labor and materials to the Trade Contractor or Tier Subcontractors for the performance of work provided for in the contract, in an amount equal to 100 percent(100%) of the notice to award and assign issued by the College and contract to be issued by Power Construction Question Deadline 08/25/2023 at 4:00 PM CT Perform site inspection confirming fixture count and type. 2.2 Remove existing light fixtures in specified locations. Replace existing light fixtures with new LED troffer and recessed light fixtures, to be furnished and installed by the Contractor. Some modifications may be necessary on finished and drop in ceilings. 2.3 Install occupancy sensors in specified locations. 2.4 Daily cleanup of the job site including removal of waste materials as detailed in Site Safety and Cleanliness. 2.5 Perform walkthrough with Owner upon completion of work, verifying proper functionality of fixtures as detailed in Quality Assurance.
