Renovation of a multi-residential development in Grayslake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Lake County Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for Project named LCHA Siding Replacement. Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount of not less than 5% of the base bid shall be submitted with each bid. Lake County Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities All MBE/DBE/WBE Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers are encouraged to participate on Lake County Housing Authority projects Any questions concerning the bid requirements should be directed to Ron Billy, 1919 Architects, at (815) 229-8222 or ron@1919architects.com. The work is to be commenced at the time stipulated in the Notice to Proceed, by the contract, and shall be fully complete within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Checks should be made payable to 1919 Architects, P.C. If it is desired for bid packets to be shipped to bidder, a separate non-refundable check shall be made payable to 1919 Architects, P.C. in the amount of $25 or a valid UPS or FedEx account number shall be provided. All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The bid guarantee may be a certified check, bank draft a performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price; or, as may be required or permitted by State law.
