**As of August 18 2023, project was awarded, start date is Mid of September and will be completed by end of this year** The renovation of a one-bedroom apt. to an accessible unit with renovated bathroom and kitchen at the Cabot Manor Apartments in Chicopee. General bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit equal to 5% of the contractor's total bid including alternates payable to the Chicopee Housing Authority by certified, treasurers or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company or a bid bond. Qualified Section 3, minority and women owned firms are urged to respond. In general, the Project consists of, but is not limited to: New ADA Accessible Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedroom and Living Room.
