The project timeframe for completion is critical and the sequence of work is also critical for the project. The west side fields shall take priority over completion of the east side fields. All fields shall be fully playable during the ball season from February to May and will not be available for construction. These time limitations shall be included in developing the projected construction schedule. This project has no alternates. The project has a construction time of 120 calendar days
