Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. The 2023 Sewer Improvement Project shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete televising of 8 diameter sanitary sewer and as necessary: cleaning, root removal, deposits removal, and service lateral protrusion removal within pipes for 14,300 linear feet of sanitary sewer within the City of Excelsior. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Quote Request of the City of Excelsior shall comply with the provisions of the statute. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the website Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources. *Quantities are provided as Token only, actual quantities to be determined upon inspection. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
