The FLCC includes the general conditions construction, CM/GCs Fixed Fee and CM/GCs contingency. The FLCC is $800,000. It is the responsibility of the Design team to design to and the CM/GC to execute the work described in the design to renovate the facility that is equal to or less than the FLCC. The FLCC can only be increased by the Owners approval of a contract change. Achieve substantial completion of the Project by May 1, 2024 Failure to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting shall result in the disqualification of any bidder that does not have an authorized representative attend the entire duration of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Contractors will be considered late and will not be allowed to attend the meeting if they arrive after the attendance roll has been signed by all in attendance and the doors to the room are closed.
