Murray City Corporation (City) intends to select a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide services for the selective renovation of the Murray Mansion Question Submission Close Date:7/21/2023 5:00 PM MDT Any questions should be submitted in writing Electronically by July 21 at 5:00 P.M. MT If you need more information on this event, please contact: Laura Bown +1 801-264-2663 lbown@murray.utah.gov Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (FLCC): The amount of money committed by the City to complete the Project. The FLCC includes the general conditions construction, CM/GCs Fixed Fee and CM/GCs contingency. The FLCC is $800,000. It is the responsibility of the Design team to design to and the CM/GC to execute the work described in the design to renovate the facility that is equal to or less than the FLCC. The FLCC can only be increased by the Owners approval of a contract change. Achieve substantial completion of the Project by May 1, 2024 Failure to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting shall result in the disqualification of any bidder that does not have an authorized representative attend the entire duration of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Contractors will be considered late and will not be allowed to attend the meeting if they arrive after the attendance roll has been signed by all in attendance and the doors to the room are closed. Murray City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, to waive any informalities in any proposal as its best interest appear.
