Renovation of an educational facility in Murray, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace the existing air-cooled chiller that is located on the roof. A new chiller will include adding a buffer tank to the system and modifying the existing structure as needed to accommodate the buffer tank in the system. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University. The University is committed to providing equal access for bidding opportunities to minority/womanowned business enterprises (MBE/WBE). Contractors must give equal opportunity for MBE/WBE firms to respond to requests for becoming a Sub-Contractor or Supplier for this project. Contractors must indicate which firms are MBE or WBE on the Subcontractors List when it is submitted (to satisfy Federal reporting requirements). Work will be Substantially Complete within 90 Calendar Days after the issue of the Notice to Proceed Construction Budget: $ 262000.00
