Reference Number 0000325046 The Town of Apple Valley (Town) is requesting proposals from qualified landscape architects (Contractor) to Plans, Specifications, Engineer,s Estimate (PS&E) for a new irrigation system at James Woody Park and a portion of Brewster Park. The existing irrigation systems at James Woody Park and Brewster park were constructed prior to the Town,s incorporation and have become outdated. At this time, no as-built drawings exist. The Town is seeking to retain a design professional to evaluate the systems at both parks, provide recommendations for long-term use, and prepare bid documents for construction in fiscal year 2024/2025. The existing irrigation lines will, ultimately, be abandoned and/or removed. It is not a requirement of this RFP to identify where all lines and sprinkler heads are located.
