The University is requesting bids from California certified Small Business Enterprises for the following project: California State University, Long Beach KIN 070 Women's Water Polo Locker Room Project Number: 04722SS091 Bidders: The University is soliciting bids from California certified Small Business Enterprises for a project on campus. The project will be awarded based on a combination of the bid value and proposed timeline for construction. Scoresheets will be provided with the bid documents. General Description of Work: Kinesiology room 070 serves as a locker room for the Women's Water Polo team. An existing bay of showers will be converted into a restroom with two water closets with stall partitions and two lavatories with mirrors above. Construction documents will be provided with demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil information. A hazardous material survey will be provided. A temporary partition enclosing the construction area may be required. This is a prevailing wage project. Anticipated Project Duration A six week construction duration or better is desired.
