Site work for a water / sewer project in Adairville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The South Logan Water Association will receive separate, sealed Bids for their Conn Road Waterline Replacement @ Red River Project - Contract No. 1 (Line Replacement). The work to be performed involves the replacement and upgrade of a short section of waterline, including directional boring across the Red River, all along KY Highway 765 (Conn Road). Additionally, the work will include the placement of a Master Meter & Vault within the affected section of pipeline. All work is located near the Schochoh community in Logan County, Kentucky. Bids will be accepted only from registered contractors holding approved bid forms provided by the Issuing Office. This project will be funded with the Owner's Reserve monies and/or possibly with Cleaner Water Program (CWP) grant funds administered through the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA). Applicable CWP requirements and provisions must be met by the Bidder and all subcontractors. All bidders shall submit with their bid an acceptable bid bond or a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Owner. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the date of the bid opening. The South Logan Water Association reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. Note that the OWNER reserves the right to award only a portion of the work, at the stated unit prices, due to limited funds available for the project.
