The objective of this RFSQ is to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) on an "as needed basis" for the provision of a qualified list of contractors specializing in flooring contracting services for repairs and/or construction/renovation work, with the provision of providing all labour, equipment, tools, and materials as required for the project scope.
