Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Lipton, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Project Requirements: -The RM will supply 2 x 1600mm x 18m (2.8mm gauge) corrugated steel culverts as well as source gravel, rip rap and other aggregate materials needed for the project. -The work shall include but may not be limited to: -The "removing" of existing structures (2 x 1600mm CSP culverts). Materials from existing structures will be retained by the RM -the simultaneous placing and compacting of clay bedding, granular bedding and side fill with heavy equipment and light handheld equipment around the culvert. -installation shall be in accordance with the Ministry of Highways 'Specifications for Installing Pipe Culverts-5000 section 3 Construction' -The RM will be responsible for the required AHPP permits through Water Security Agency.
