Reference Number 0000325065 The Charter Township of Oxford is requesting sealed bids for a safety path project that includes: 5,035 LF of 4" HMA including aggregate base; 515 SF of 6" COncrete Sidewalk Ramp 45 LF of 12" CMP 50 LF of Protective Railing Job Location Ray Road and North Oxford Road, Oxford, MI 48371 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/26/2023 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Technical questions regarding the plans and/or specifications should be directed to Sharpe Engineering (Project Manager: Jim Sharpe) at 248.877.2102 Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid price. Certified Checks should be payable to the Charter Township of Oxford. Oxford Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or errors in the bidding process, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Township, including bids that are not for the lower amount. Bids shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days.
