REMODELING & CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING PCI-Dailey is representing Oxford Community Schools as an "at-risk" Construction Manager for the upcoming planned renovation of their Drahner facility, located at 775 W Drahner Rd in Oxford, MI. We are soliciting bids from qualified vendors for various trade packages relate d to this project, as delineated in the included "Oxford Drahner Facility Renovation Bid Scope Categories - 08-23-2023" document. Project details are as follows: 2-Story existing building with a partial Basement. The total building area is approx. 57,860 sf which does include the Basement. The majority of the building is being completely renovation. Please carefully review the "Oxford Drahner Facility Renovation Bid Scope Categories - 08-23-2023" document as it will be used to establish the scope included in your pricing.
