Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Moab, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of 09/28/2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the Contract Documents and as shown on the Construction Drawings. The project consists of the construction of bulb outs and center median to create areas for parking in Downtown Moab. These improvements include curb and gutter, curb, sidewalk, drainage, micro-surface, street lighting, and landscape improvements. The ENGINEER for this Project will be Civil Science, I A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract
