Said services shall be provided on an as needed basis as determined by MPHA. MPHA shall retain the right to implement and/or enforce any item issued as part of the Q23011 Townhome Window Install & Siding Replacement Scope of work: All addresses are residential homes in need of siding replacement. We are looking for a contractor to install new Smart siding at the 2417-2419 townhome. This will be a firm fixed bid for the following work.
