Renovation of a municipal facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for FPS-BI-FOLD DOORS FOR MULTIPLE FACILITIES for PW - PROPERTY SERVICES, all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. When a bid deposit is required, the bidder must attach a copy of the Bid Bond, certified check or cashier check with their bid submission. If your Bid Deposit is in the form of a certified check or cashier check you must deliver the original check to the Procurement Office (505 Fourth Avenue South, Room 310, Minneapolis, MN 55415) within 3 business days from the Event close date. Said bid deposit shall be retained by the City of Minneapolis or Board as liquidated damages and not a penalty, in the event the bid is selected by the City of Minneapolis or Board and the bidder fails to execute a contract, therefore, and upon request of the City of Minneapolis or Board, a performance bond and payment bond, as may be required by the City of Minneapolis subsequent to award of contract.
