Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Georgetown, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Halton Hills is requesting bids for the demolition of the former Ambulance Building at 17 Guelph Street, Georgetown ON. The work comprises the demolition of all structures on site, removal of all building and proper disposal of waste materials from the demolition and restoration of the site as required. The building is a former Ambulance building and is comprised of a three (3) bay garage on a concrete slab, attached to a two-storey wood framed dwelling with a poured concrete foundation. The building is clad in brick. The driveway and adjacent parking area is asphalt. The garage is approximately 2,000 ft2. The attached dwelling is approximately 2,700 ft2 for a total of 4700ft2.
