Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Georgetown, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work under this Contract involves the removal and reconstruction of the pathway (overland flow route), in Georgetown, from Lauchlin Crescent to Robinson Road. Works include removal of existing retaining walls, concrete pathway, granular base, existing light standards and installation of new retaining walls, concrete pathway, light standards, conduit, cable, and associated restoration works. The Tenderer agrees to commence work within 7 days of being advised of the award and to complete the work in its entirety by the expiration of October 1, 2021.
