Renovation of a mixed-use development in Georgetown, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Project intent as set forth in the Consultant's Specifications and Drawings (Attachment 5), can be summarized in two (2) key objectives, as follows: 1. Objective 1: Heritage Masonry Chimney Repairs (localized work relating to flashing, coping, masonry replacement, structural stabilization, fire separation upgrades); 2. Objective 2: Masonry wall repairs (replacement of non-compacted and de-bonded hard cement mortar with lime-based mortar filling). Scope of Work: The OHT requires the services of a General Contractor to provide full-scope general contractor services (heritage specialty) for the "Deliverables". The Project intent is to undertake restoration of heritage chimneys and an exterior masonry wall at Scotsdale Farm. Refer for the detailed tender documents for full scope of work.
