The City of West Haven (hereafter referred to as "the City") is seeking proposals from qualified licensed firms to provide electrical service to two portable buildings containing classrooms at Anna V. Molloy School at 255 Meloy Road in West Haven, CT. The classrooms will be used for a period oftwo years during which time Malloy School will house swing space during reconstruction of West Haven's Washington Elementary' School (State Project No. 156-0142 N). Respondents are required to submit three (3) double sided copies with one (1) electronic USB stick of a sealed proposal, clearly marked "RFP# 2023-30 Electrical Service for Portable Classrooms at Anna V. Molloy School." Proposals received after the scheduled due date and time shall not be accepted or considered, they will be rejected. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed responses shall be considered. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed corrections, deletions, or additions to any response shall be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the City of West Haven. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including setaside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
