Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in West Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of West Haven (here after referred to as, The City) is soliciting an Invitation to Bid for providing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) services at the Johnson Community Center located at 201 Noble Street in West Haven, CT. Services will vary however the existing gas piping will need to be raised due to additional roofing insulation. The replacement of the RTUs and raising of the gas piping, etc., must be coordinated with the roof replacement project that is currently taking place The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the City of West Haven. Requests for Information regarding this Invitation to Bid, will be accepted until Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 2:00pm and should be directed to Tammy O'Connell by email at: toconnell@westhaven-ct.gov
