Site work and new construction of a museum in Superior, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot museum; and for site work for a museum.
As of January 11, 2024, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Reference Number 0000325153 The Town of Superior requests bids for Construction of the new Historical Museum at 110 W Maple Street to replace the previous museum that was destroyed by the Marshall Fire. The new museum will be approximately 1500 square feet and will honor the original Mine Camp House, with upgraded efficiencies. Construction Services shall include the furnishing of all construction administration, management, supervision and coordination experience and expertise, as well as all construction services, work effort, labor, tools, supplies, manufactured components, equipment, materials, and everything else necessary and required to complete the construction of the Project.
